We are a results focused organisation, we work hard for our clients and negotiate robustly to get the best and most equitable deals. However, it must be more than just results its also about how we get there and how we treat people and respect the world around us.
We have fun and enjoy the journey, we keep things simple and are always honest and transparent. We seek clients who do the same.
We conduct our business in an honest and ethical manner and we require our advisors, suppliers and clients to do the same.
We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.
We are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and will uphold all laws relevant to countering bribery and corruption in all the jurisdictions in which we operate.
Businesses across all sectors increasingly source from complex chains of suppliers that often span multiple countries with radically different legal, regulatory, and human rights practices. Global supply chains can offer important opportunities for economic and social development but they often present serious human rights risks that many companies have failed to mitigate and respond to effectively.
We work with suppliers who can demonstrate they provide a safe working environment for their employees, treat their workers with dignity and respect and pay wages in line with all local laws and regulations
We have a zero-tolerance policy on the use of any forced or underage labour in the supply chain.
We work with suppliers and manufacturers who actively work to minimise waste and promote recycling and who are actively pursuing a strategy to lower their carbon emissions by prioritising the use of clean energy.
Conflict minerals currently include the metals tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold, which are the derivatives of the minerals cassiterite, columbite-tantalite and wolframite, respectively. Downstream companies often refer to the derivatives of these minerals as 3TG.
We do not engage with suppliers who support or use any 3TG minerals (or others) which directly or indirectly finance armed conflict. We work with suppliers who actively audit and measure their supply chains compliance to this.
